Vancouver Parents Transition Group

An education and support group for parents of youth with disabilities who are transitioning to adulthood. The group meets once per month and features guest speakers who provide information and support to families.

Varsity Education, University of Calgary

Provides an inclusive educational alternative to young adults with moderate to severe developmental disabilities by encouraging and supporting them to participate in a post-secondary experience. Also provides continuing support to the graduates of the post-secondary education program in a workplace environment (Graduate Support Services).

Vela Microboard Association

Provides psychological treatment using applied behaviour analysis. Applied behaviour analysis (ABA) is an approach within psychology that systematically uses the principles of learning to change socially significant behaviours.
