A4 – Autism & Aspergers Advocacy Australia

Formed in response to the growing demand from people with autism spectrum condition and their families who wish to have a more direct involvement in raising the profile of autism-related issues with the decision-makers, to government and the media.The aim of the advocacy organisation is to provide a voice on a national and a state and territory level for individuals and groups across Australia.

Action for Autism (India)

The pioneering, national, non-profit parent organisation of India. We provide support and services to persons with autism and those who work with them in South Asia.

Australian Advisory Board on Autism Spectrum Disorders

The focus of the Advisory Board is working with governments to develop appropriate policies for people who have an autism spectrum condition, their families and carers, disseminating information about ASDs and working with the Australian ASD community to build skills.

Autism Association of Southern Australia

To actively promote the acceptance of people with an Autism Spectrum Disorder and to provide services throughout South Australia to enable them and their families to be an integral part of the community.

Autism Awareness, Care, Training – AACT (Ghana)

AACT is a local support and education centre for children with autism that was founded in 1998 by Mrs. Serwah Quaynor, a mother of a child with autism. Since creating the Centre, Mrs. Quaynor has worked tirelessly to help parents of children with autism in Ghana to understand better the disability and to feel that there is a safe place to go for support and help.

Autism New Zealand Inc.

Provides support, training, advocacy, resources and information on autism spectrum disorders including Asperger syndrome. Our members include those who have these conditions, their family/whanau, caregivers and professionals working with them.

Autism Queensland (Australia)

As the peak provider in Queensland of services to children and adults with ASD and to their families, Autism Queensland draws on expertise gained during its 40 year history.

Autism Resource Centre (Singapore)

ARC(S) aims to highlight the needs of ASD individuals and to increase understanding and awareness of autism in our community. We have adopted a coordinated, multi-agency approach in serving people with autism spectrum disorders and this can be found in the services ARC(S) offers.

A national, non-stock, non-profit organization of parents, professionals and institutions dedicated to the education and well-being of children and adults with autism.

Autism South Africa

The National Body for people with autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) in South Africa. This body is made up of the regional bodies that are currently providing facilities for children and adults with ASD in South Africa, and are affiliated to Autism South Africa.

Autism Victoria (Australia)

The peak body for Autism Spectrum Disorders in the state of Victoria.  Our aim is to improve the quality of life for people affected by Autism Spectrum Disorders, their family and carers. We also provide a range of services to individuals and agencies with an interest in Autism Spectrum Disorders, including Asperger Syndrome and PDD-NOS.
