The Special Needs Planning Group
An organization that is made up primarily of people who have direct links to the disabled community through family relationships and experiences. We use a team approach to planning using Planners, Lawyers and Accountants, all of whom specialize in planning for people with disabilities.

Transitions
Transitions believes in supporting individuals with developmental delays and disabilities to achieve a full life and our services are organized to deliver on those beliefs. As an infant or child, Transitions focuses equal attention on parent and family support to promote a nurturing environment that is rich in learning opportunity. Vancouver Parents Transition Group
An education and support group for parents of youth with disabilities who are transitioning to adulthood. The group meets once per month and features guest speakers who provide information and support to families.
Varsity Education, University of Calgary
Provides an inclusive educational alternative to young adults with moderate to severe developmental disabilities by encouraging and supporting them to participate in a post-secondary experience. Also provides continuing support to the graduates of the post-secondary education program in a workplace environment (Graduate Support Services).
