Zones of Regulation Poster

This updated poster has additional content, a refreshed design, and new 4-color emotion illustrations with a diverse cast of characters! This durable, color-coded, 24” x 18” poster highlights and reinforces use of the four zones to categorize our feelings. This helpful visual tool is for use in the clinic, classroom, or home. A new “Possible Body Signals” section helps learners identify physical feelings associated with each zone and increases accessibility. This interactive visual includes a space for kids to add and discuss metacognitive strategies or tools to support regulation of each Zone. (Only use dry-erase pens on the poster.)

What’s new on the poster?

New 4-color emotions illustrations

Inclusivity and representation of all learners are important to us! We are pleased to include a new, 4-color diverse representation of new characters within our Zones emotions illustrations. While our characters can’t possibly embody the full spectrum of humanity, we hope that learners see glimpses of themselves and those they know among this new cast.

The design and concepts in this poster align with the latest evolution of the Zones of Regulation theory and framework as presented in the new book, Getting Into The Zones of Regulation™: The Complete Framework and Digital Curriculum Companion and taught in the new Digital Curriculum.
